Nurse Evaluation

Our licensed registered nurse conducts eight in-home evaluations each year to ensure that clients receive adequate care and to create or update their individualized plan of care. The nurse tailors this plan according to the specific medical situation, ensuring personalized attention and support. Additionally, if a client is admitted to the hospital, the nurse will perform a check within 48 hours of discharge, helping to facilitate a smooth transition back to home care.

 

Personal Care Services

Our Skilled Personal Care Assistants have undergone comprehensive training under the guidance of our licensed registered nurse. Each PCA is certified in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS), ensuring they are well-prepared to handle various situations. Additionally, all staff members have received extensive training in essential areas to provide the highest quality of care to our clients. Your well-being is our top priority.
